“I expect that the location of the hotel was more central. No closets, some hooks all around the room. Surprised by that. Hotel is funky, rooms are specious. Somehow we ended up paying a lot per night and I guess that’s why expected more. The day after the first night ( we stayed 2 nights), they didn’t make the bed and emptied the garbage. Strange! Overall we wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“I had a wonderful experience at Double tree Hollis. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast . Amazing selection of healthy food options. ”

“The room was really clean and equipped with everything you need. The room I stayed at was a bit drak with a little window, but that was the only one available and the room rate was reasonable for that. The check in was a mess, though. Hotels.com doesn't share the reservation number (?) in the confirmation details (it is different from the itinerary number) and I struggle for a while to retrieve it as I could connect with the actual agent only after going through all the frustrating AI process……
