Honestly, given that it’s located in a small, little-known village, we didn’t expect too much and even hesitated to ask for dinner, assuming there wouldn't be any nearby options. “My wife and I have just spent a very happy and comfortable 4 nights over the Eid Festival at The Demisos Caves Hotel in Mustafapasa, The room was comfortable spotless, perfectly heated for the season, and benefited from a spacious terrace. A large Breakfast was served every morning featuring a delicious selection of fresh bread, pastries, local cheeses, olives, jams, honey, salads, tahini and eggs with fries, along with hot and cold drinks. Wifi worked perfectly and the hotel is perfectly……

“Wonderful place. Amazing staff. Great little village. Amazing breakfast. Just wish they had a/c or a fan for the very hottest nights in July. But the bottom line is that we absolutely loved this place. ”

“Really nice cave hotel in the sleepy little town of Mustafapasa. Room was nice and cool (great to beat the blazing Cappadocia summer heat) and had an enormous bathroom. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily and terrace is great for hanging out. It is on top of a hill so if you’re planning to walk, be aware of that. Hotel staff speak a little English but were very handy with Google Translate and helped us with all sorts of requests, including bus service, balloon rides, taxi service etc.……
