“Never been to Watford (from US) but took a chance. Turned out to be an amazing place. Cool old UK pub and above, modern chic rooms. “We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. “Really comfortable room in a quiet location. Bathroom quite small but plenty of hot water, fluffy towels & nice toiletries. Not sure the air con worked in room 1 but wasn’t needed anyway. “We had a nice stay here over bank holiday weekend, was not very busy though so hard to review what it's like if it's busy. Rooms were very clean, nice bathroom, fan in the room (no AC but not an issue over cool weekend). “Very nice new building and nicely appointed rooms in extremely close proximity to Wembley Stadium & Arena. Great for the price. Only downside was AC not working, so had to ask for a fan (which I got, though wouldn't be ideal in very hot weather), plus I requested a quiet room on a higher floor but was given a room on the 2nd floor right next to the lifts! "all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night "
