“Unfortunately my double bed was 2 singles put together which was uncomfortable for my partner and me. We were disappointed that there was a window over looking the bed that had no curtain or blind so the sun came in at 5 to wake us up. Another problem was why wouldn’t you give guests a hand towel? “The rooms were clean and well serviced. The bed was solid and comfy. The staff were very helpful. I saw people have had issues with the water pressure in the showers. I waited about twenty seconds for the pump to kick in and it was a great shower.

Comfortable hotel
"Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter.
Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
