The staff were friendly and helpful. The down side is that, not only this hotel but in the most part of Italy, the existence of mosquitos. Luckily, there are electrical mosquito propellant offered in the room. ”

“Please note they take a break everyday from 3:00pm - 6:30pm. We arrived at 1:30pm to check in, and was told that the room will only be available at 2:00pm. We then decided to leave our luggages, take a walk and come back in the evening. To be sure, we double checked with the receptionist if we can pick up the key in the evening - and she said yes!
