“Aside from the hotel itself being lovely in every way, what stood out the most was the friendly and insanely accommodating staff. You can tell they cared about the service they provided. “Everything is really great while staying at Versante hotel YVR. We love the whole interior design and all staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t really have time to use fitness center and swimming pool but seemed great too. The free shuttle need to be reserved in advance and service is good and deserves tips. Only one thing can be considered, the breakfast is cooked after your order, it could take 30 minutes up. So if you are in a hurry, need to pre-talk with the waiters I guess. ”

“We came from Taiwan and stayed a few days in Vancouver. The reason why we chose this hotel is its good location which is near Lions Gate Bridge and therefore close to Stanley park and downtown. In addition, the hotel service is definitely good. In particular, there are several staffs who speak Chinese and are very friendly toward Taiwan people. ”
