“Staff was polite and attentive. However I booked a King room and received a double. Hotel was nearly at capacity and didn’t have any Kings available. I spoke with the front desk and they claimed Expedia sent the wrong booking. When checking with Expedia they claimed it was the hotel. The front desk person said she would check with management and someone would get back with me. No one did. Secondly in the entry to the hotel they have an aerosol room spray on a timer. It’s super strong and gave me……

“Hotel was in a nice area and the room and property were nice. However I did find the cleanliness of room a little off putting. The kitchen looked as if the cabinets, microwave and refrigerator hadn't been wiped down in awhile. You could see food caked up on cabinet handles as well as microwave and refrigerator handles. The bathroom door had what looked like food stains on it. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was very good.”

“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”
