“Marvellous stay at this wonderfully equipped, convenient hotel. Front desk staff were delightful (shout out to Yvonne!), friendly as well as competent and efficient. Infinitely more suitable for our business trip than the weird and wanting airbnb options we have tried in the area. Thank you, Crown Plaza!”

“Although the hotel is a bit old, it is very comfortable and the reception is very welcoming. But it's dusty and a bit dirty in the room, and the bed is small and hard. Another thing that makes me very angry is that I don't know who put the garbage at the door of my room in the morning, it's disgusting.”

“If you want a quiet, historical experience, then this is the venue. It's not new, shiny - but that is not why you go there. It is a beautiful Tudor-style hotel, with old fixtures, antique windows, and the charm of a storybook castle. The innkeeper is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. We missed peak colors by a week or two and are considering a quick trip back! Buffet breakfast was just right.”
