“We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. ”

“Lovely over night stay enroute to Porthcawl for the Golf. Smart hotel in good location. Breakfast available but with Greggs & McDonald’s next door had a few options. No air conditioning- so it it was a hot night not sure how the room would feel as if you opened window it was noisy from road but the room had a fan.
