“Me hospede unos días con mi familia en el Hotel Renaissance Downtown Chicago y la pasamos sensacional. El hotel tienen una excelente ubicación ya que alrededor están los canales, se puede caminar y hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes en la zona. El personal es muy amable y atento, sobre todo los meseros en el restaurante que se esmeraban por atendernos y darnos tips para nuestro recorrido por Chicago. “We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”
