“Property is centrally located to airports, shopping, highways and activities. Great communication from host. House is as listed. The house is well designed for a group of 12 where we did not feel confined. Highly recommend Villa Luz Plantation.”

“This home fit our needs for a 1-night stay. The beds and LR coach were comfortable. Great shower. Cute, fun decor. House and neighborhood seemed very safe. We couldn’t find a toaster, and lack of bedside lamps was disappointing. But overall, we were pleased and comfortable. ”

“Communication about checkin and a slight issue we had with hot water went smooth. The beds were very comfortable and they were all a bit different so you could choose the level of firmness to suit your sleeping habits. The only thing we found odd is that there were no dishes, but didn’t affect us as we were only there for one full day and were out exploring before our cruise.”

“Nice home but there is a long term renter in the garage. We didn’t have an issue but I do not believe this was disclosed. Also, the AC did not cool the home evenly. Master bedroom had a split unit and was cold in there but not in the other living areas. Also, all the batteries required replacement (AC control, front door control) Kitchen was nice and easy to use.”
