“Clean and affordable, would stay again. Airport shuttle service needs some adjustments as I needed and reserved a 4 am shuttle, but when I came down at 4 am, was told the first shuttle was 5 am. I had a 5:25 am boarding so had to get an Uber. ”

“The staff was very accommodating as we had just arrived from a cruise and were staying one night. We were able to check in early, and help was there when needed. The property was under construction when we arrived, but in no way did it interrupt our stay. Lovely and spacious rooms. Right on the beach! ”

“Very clean. Hotel has a lot of history. We stayed in the original hotel section. Wish we had more time to really see more. Very cozy atmosphere!”

“Exterior construction was super loud and constant even on Saturday when they said it wouldn't be going on. The rooms were great and the staff were friendly with the exception of the evening reception staff. They were annoyed by the guests and it showed. If you offer a free evening reception as value added to your guests, it should be done with a smile and hospitality. Not a harsh “NO Salt” when you ask for a margarita with salt. I worked for Hilton and Omni hotels for years and this reception……

“ I am very disappointed with this place. The room is very small and nothing like what you see in the photos. The air conditioner is under the window and is very noisy, which kept me awake all night! The bathroom is also very small. I will not choose to stay here next time!”

“I think the property and amenities were worth the cost of the stay. It’s a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff and the restaurant employees were very kind. I would advise to read the description of the available amenities and for the parking situation. Definitely plan ahead.”
