“It wasn't perfect, microwave didn't work, but staff sent someone right away. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrived assessed the microwave and had a replacement installed and the clock set in about 15 minutes. There were some guests that where messy but the staff quickly took care of it! Ran out of coffee filters so I called to see where the closest place to get some more would be. 20 min later there was a knock on the door with coffee filters 930 pm at night! ……

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
