“Stayed at the guest house for about 2 weeks. I have no complaints. It was very clean and quite. The property manager was there each day to clean. Even asked if there was anything he could do or if I needed anything to accommodate the stay. He also Spoke very good English which helped out. I may end up rebooking on my way back thru Portugal. "The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."
