“Overall very happy with the room and the stay. The bathroom being separate from the room the towels would be better left in there. Bed was comfortable however the bed moves if you’re resting against the headboard which is attached to wall and not bed. The shower head needs to be attached to the wall as there is no holder to use it unfortunately there was a boiler in the way ”

“This is a lovely boutique hotel with quirky rooms and decor situated in a lovely little town with some lovely little shops and cafes . We especially loved Gail’s bakery ! The staff were very friendly and helpful but be Prepared for loud music and parties into the early hours as it’s a popular weekend and Christmas venue ! Would definitely stay there again ! ”

“House and surrounding it felt like a large country house. Rooms were very nice with plenty of character Leisure part was clean and well maintained - good weather definitely helped Friendly service at the front desk too”

“This wasn't my first time staying at Mulberry House, it never fails to impress. From booking in you feel that you are being taken care off, being shown to your room, checking to make sure everything is all ok and too your liking, everyone involved makes for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is a must, you cannot beat the selection and the service, 10/10. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment”

“There was no cold water in the appartment it was an absolute joke”

“Massive pigeon infestation, cant leave the window open because they will fly in. The hot water finished after 10 minutes in the morning, so no shower in the morning, only one person. You need to climb 50 stairs to reach the apartment, the elevator is broken. Only a 1/2 roll used toliet paper, no rug to step out of the shower, used a towel instead. ”
