“Very friendly staff. Everyone made us feel like we were with old friends. Restaurant was excellent. Gavin our waiter was top notch. Our only problem was that we weren’t lucky enough to sit in his section for both of our visits. Room was clean and comfortable. Cabin decor. ”

“The microwave was unplugged and after plugging it in it wasn't working well. The staff brought a different one to exchanged, but that one failed to work. The chairs in the room where soiled and the staff did fix this. The toilet paper holder was missing the spindle. Minor issues, but it shows lack of attention.”

“Found a shirt left in our room along with the entertainment center covered in dust, food still on silverware, left our receipt partially under the door with personal information(also seeing many others in front of doors on floors), housekeepers were the friendliest staff, front desk staff were snooty. If you can get over that overall the stay was very nice. Even the walk to the water park was nice not having to go outside.”
