“I loved our stay here. It was so nice and clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spotless when we arrived and the daily cleaning service was great to have, they did a wonderful job. The pool and hot tub were great, the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch to my morning routine, I woke up around 7/8am and enjoyed heading down to grab a latte and sit in the lounge area to answer work emails. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. “Love the stay. What I don't like is being asked to take a survey that in the email appears to be one maybe two questions turns out to be a much longer process. Please respect your customer's time, tell me it' 10 questions or 20 questions or 5 min. That way I know. When I get started as I did here, I now see this is going to take a while. So forget it.
