“Don’t get me started! No instructions on how to get in, no answer neither on the day or the day after we were supposed to check in, and hotels didn’t help at all, except for trying to call multiple times, and they didn’t even want to refund because they said we didn’t call on the day, had a hassle to find a hotel to stay on the day we were supposed to check in and the day after and no answer or response.
