“place was cleanly and very cute! perfect for me and my boyfriend to see a concert for the weekend in Orlando. Tons of bars and cute stores and RIGHT NEXT to Lake Eola. That said it wasn’t actually walking distance to the Kia Center (formerly Amway) it was more like 30-35 minutes- which we were ok with, but just a heads up! Also since it is in a split building with other units, it’s easy to hear each other, however, most of our stay everyone was respectful & quiet. Great, clear communication from……

“Dyna was a lovely host and her dog Bella, was the best! We enjoyed the hot tub the most as FL was going through a cold front during our visit, but mid 60s -mid 70s was a treat compared to the weather we were having back North. Lake Eola Park is walking distance and a must to visit. (Nice restaurant, bike rentals close by, swan boat rentals, events, wildlife) The house is going through some upgrades which Dyna informed us about before arrival, so there were some appliances there ready for……

“The property would have been rated 5 stars except for two things. It was on a 2nd floor with exterior stairs that made carrying things up there a little hard and the parking was in an adjacent driveway, several feet away. Also, the A/C died the last night we were there. Otherwise the property itself was very nice, with a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and the owners were very responsive to our needs. The bathroom was small but adequate and the location in Thornton Park made getting……
