“The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket……

“The listing reflecting a family home, but it was only a portion of a home that was divided into individual units attached to the home. Uninhabitable due to age and deteriation. We rented the home to share family dinners and visit with our daughters family and greatgrandchildren. The front door and stair entrance was damaged, no railing, and unstable. The property was located on a very busy highway with no fencing. Several safety hazards needed attention to. Please contact me for further details.……

“The place was infested with bugs crawling on the walls and floors. The bedsheets had dead bugs on them when the top covers were removed. Bedsheets also had stains on them. There were no fans or a/c. We bought fans and left them there. The kitchen had some kind of fungus growing in it. All the ceilings had webs with spiders in it. Floors were not washed. All outdoor furniture were covered in mold. Would not recommend this place. ”
