“They should have a laundry room on the first floor as well, that would be so much easier and accessable. That's the only thing that I'd like. I would definitely stay there again ”

“The hotel layout and design were efficient, especially for the conference we attended. But the real reason I gave a 5-star rating was the outstanding service from a few staff members who made my stay truly memorable. A big shout-out to Yolanda at the front desk, who helped me ship out a box with a smile and a great attitude. Kaicey took accountability for a small error and went above and beyond to make things right for one of our party members. And lastly, Rebecca was simply awesome—her upbeat……
