“I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back. I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's……

“My stay was good the place very clean and quiet considering the neighborhood my only complaint was there was no HOT WATER for three days I was there I had to take birdbaths to go out that was very uncomfortable in 90's degrees weather there was air-conditioning the stay was good on the overall may stay again but check to see if there's HOT WATER ”
