“Lovely place to stay in San Francisco if you want to meet new people while having a more realistic feel for living in the city (vs. hotel living). Space is quiet and roomy with a lot of different people coming into the hostel. Plus there's activities to do daily and great recommendations of things to try hung up on the walls in the common room. ”

“Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.”

“The hotel rooms are spacious (we stayed twice during our trip - 4 nights in a bay view room which had stunning skyline and distant bay views and 2 nights in an atrium view room which was smaller but still spacious). The bay view rooms are on the outside of the hotel so we could hear the clanking of the cable cars but this didnt keep us awake. The atrium room was very quiet. We didnt hear any noise from within the hotel in either rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the check……

“close to famous places such as Fisher wharf, Pier 39, China Town) & price is ok but it is little bit far away from bart station to hotel (20 mins walk).”

“非常可惜我們只住1晚，而且半夜才check in，所以不能好好享用飯店提供的東西。缺點是房間偏小且沒有空調，只有風扇或是窗戶透風。整體飯店看起來雖然偏老但設計成不會讓人覺得有舊的感覺。尤其雖然是共用衛浴但打掃得非常乾淨並且乾溼分離，毛巾也讓人無限使用，廁所洗手台也有提供乳液、漱口水、卸妝棉、梳子之類的貼心小物。雖然沒有提供早餐，但有個小區域24小時提供冷熱水，還有各種茶包、巧克力粉及apple cider可以泡，早上時間會提供小布朗尼之類的東西，平常時段就是小糖果可以自取。”

“Very friendly reception and staffs. Comfortable bed in the room. The atmosphere when happy hour is excellent with good apple cider going with wine. I would love to stay here again when visiting San Francisco.”
