“On June 16-17, there were heavy water leaking from the ac in the midnights. The staff who came didn’t apologise. He gave us towels on the floor and left immediately. I met the manager next day he apologised but yet I didn’t receive any compensation in return of the disturb of sleep during midnight and my luggages belongings got wet.
