“We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure. We mentioned we were after a specific wine and Laura was straight on the phone and negotiating a good price for us, thank you so much. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
