“Staff were professional and helpful. Choices for breakfast was slightly fewer but the separate arrangement of breakfast locations for guests of different room types were perfect as you could enjoy a more cozy environment in the morning. The room was probably newly renovated and thus it was quite comfortable. It would be even better if a new hair dryer could be provided (the existing one was just too old). Yet, all in all, the residence experience was quite nice. Will definitely consider……

“不知是飯店還是員工的問題，不管是去i-resort或者去機場都是私家車，去i-resort的車付了來回的錢，結果回飯店時卻被放鴿子，拿著付錢的收據詢問i-resort的櫃台，卻得到這個不是他們公司的車不清楚的答案，害我們回來時不只多等了一小時，結果還又自己招計程車，心情非常差，去機場時飯店也不是叫taxi而是一台私家車。前台員工看似親切但不知是英文不好還是純粹不想應付我們，雖然面帶微笑但覺得態度敷衍。”

“This place was awesome! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Jane at the front desk! The room had a great view of the ocean and was super clean and modern. Lots of dining and nightlife nearby ! They had day beds at the beach and also a very abundant buffet with a surprisingly large range of delicious food options ! I would definitely recommend this and will be coming back”

I had only booked one night but now I’m staying for at least 4 nights because of the quality of the hotel, the facilities (pool and sauna are great) and the staff!
