“very clean. only complaint was the room was very humid no matter how low the air conditioning temperature was set ”

“The parking lot isnt big enough. Elevator is extremely slow and needs more shevws in bathrooms. But all in all we would stay here again!”

“The hotel was exceptional 👌 clean. Staff very professional. However No free breakdast. I use ro ataying at other Hilton property that provides free breakfast.. it mention breakfast on the qeb site. Perhap this is something thar can be incoperated.”

“The chairs were dirty in the initial room we checked into, however the staff moved us to another room. The only problem there is that the base of the toilet was dirty. I informed guest services ”

“Great customer service. Close to the mall. Convenient for shopping and grabbing food.”

“Arrived and the manager had already given pur reservation to someone else. The lady at the front desk had to call the manager, then the person they gave our reservation to in order to close out their reservation. 1 ice machine on the second floor, was out of order. Toilet was like a rocking chair. Trash still on the balcony along with a random bed pillow. However, the front desk worker was a pleasure to talk to. Just a reminder, it's not their fault the owners fail to put money towards the……

“Our stay was amazing. We were able to check in early as I arrived at 11am and check in was not until 3 but once they found out we drove all night from Florida they checked to see if a room was ready and let us check in. Room was very spacious and being able to cook for my son in law was a huge plus! The best part was being able to do a fast super early am check out when we left. We will definitely be back ”
