“We stayed at the M Hotel, M stands for Millennium, during a holiday weekend. As a result, they were fully booked but guest services were friendly and helpful. Check in time is at 4, which is on the later side of check-in times, but yet rooms were not ready until well after 4:00 which was disappointing. “I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable.
