“We were greeted on arrival, the lodge is presented well, beautiful grounds. Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working so we had to carry everything up the stairs. There were good facilities. I’d say that having a room at the front of the house where people come and go, it would have been nice to have a net curtain as well as the drape curtains for a bit of privacy, considering there isn’t much space in the bathroom to get ready. The kitchen is well stocked with a good breakfast selection. ”

“Good well priced hotel. Rooms are small but very clean and the beds are super kind size and extremely comfortable. Shower room compact but fine take your own toiletries as 3 in one soap fixed on wall and one of ours didn’t work. No charger sockets in rooms. Breakfast was very good £14.95 for full or £8.95 for continental serve yourself. I wish ours hadn’t been spoilt by the waiter cleaning the table next to us for what seemed like the whole breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Large bar downstairs……

“Enjoyed our stay especially the pool which we used every day,nice and warm which you can’t always say for hotel pools.Convenient bus stop outside the hotel which we used to go into Stratford,Warwick and leamington spa so never used the car for the four days of our stay. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the Saturday evening.Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Food served in the pub was lovely. We had a lunch deal of a ciabatta, chips and a drink for about £11. It was delicious. Bar staff friendly and advised us when it was happy hour so we could order cheaper drinks. Could not do enough for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possble. Would recommend this Inn to everyone! We would also recommend the breakfast, great value for money and well cooked.”

“Tucked in a quiet village yet close to many other Cotswold experiences we loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and comfy, staff are friendly and helpful and it was nice to come home to the pub and restaurant after a long day of exploring. ”

“A very pleasant stay, central location so very handed, staff great, had a superior room, we there for a week so bigger room was ideal, kitted out well everything you need, room had character . comfortable bed , nice and clean, Only slight grumble. Price of breakfast was steep. But as your in the town, plenty of options minutes walk away Highly recommend will definitely return ”

“This is a gem. We stayed on a Sunday evening having had a long day in Birmingham (40 mins north). It was quiet but beautiful and the staff were lovely. The main building is i assume an old stately home and our room was in ond of a few new wings. The room itself was spacious and spotless. We had a grest night's sleep and in the morning the shower was great. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. To top it off it was incredible value.”
