“Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. “Great location. Near the free streetcar that will take you to the city market on the the north end of the line to Union Station and Crown Center on the other end (beginning in a couple of months it will reach the Plaza). Great eats at the hotel and in the area, The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Dine at the Savoy Grill - if you can, sit in the same booth Harry Truman used to use when he ate at the Savoy. ”

“I can’t recall the names of the two women at the front desk the night my wife and I stayed for our 1 year anniversary. BUT, they were amazing. We will DEFINITLEY be staying at this hotel again. “Victor, Sheena, and Que were VERY knowledgeable and addressed a miscommunication that was initiated on the Expedia side of the reservation. They took approximately 20-30 minutes including a phone call from Expedia to locate my reservation. They upgraded us to an Executive Suite at no additional fees for the delay. What a GREAT TEAM! This was my second stay at this location and it will not be the last!”
