“We enjoyed our stay! This was the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever come across; everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t love the parking situation (you have to park in a lot or garage nearby and walk your stuff down the street) but it’s not the hotel’s fault that they are located in a pedestrian-only area. Perfect for a touristy stay in Salem! ”

“Two telephones in the room are both out of use. We lost the connection with the front desk. Self parking is almost impossible. Valet parking is too expensive $60 per day. The answers of same question from two stuff are deferent. I do not know how to do. 😓”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“Overall a nice hotel and easy to commute to, just disappointed by the pool, it is not kid friendly for younger children, there was only a small portion that we could utilize as it then dropped off to 5 and then 6 feet deep and had to try and keep our kids from going past the small area that they couldn’t even really move around in. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and rooms were a decent size.”
