“While I appreciate Edinburgh was busy due to a big music concert, the marathon and it being a English Bank Holiday weekend, the hotel were clearly charging a premium which wasn't deserved! For the price, I've experienced significantly better accommodation throughput the world. Some of the opportunities : - poor water pressure in the shower - washbasin was cracked - headboard was tatty and deteriorated - brown stains on the net window curtains - no complimentary bathroom extras Thanks for……

“Hotel with nice view. Service is good ! But it’s not in good location ! Better have a car to drive there. Far from the railway station and shopping area !”

“Nice and cozy flat with all the utilities we need. The location is excellent, and it takes only 15-20 mins walk to the city centre. We stayed for 2 weeks but there’s no house keeping service as arranged, not until we checked with the reception staff, but they are really nice and helpful. We appreciated their prompt actions.”

“Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all . What’s worse is that the supervisor gave us a lame excuse ,……

“Loved this place. The location was perfect, out of the city but not far and bus stops right outside. Restaurants very close. The room was a great size.”

“Room was a ok size and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had the usual basic amenities, added bonus the temperature adjustment of the hot water in the bath / shower worked perfectly. Breakfast was of a decent standard although the dining room does not have the capacity during peak times so best to plan breakfast early. Good value for the price. ”

“The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!”
