“We had a fantastic time staying at Randy’s place. The carriage house was very clean and in a great location. We used the bikes to explore Watercolor and Seaside. Having access to the Watercolor amenities was also a lovely addition. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience for us! ”

“We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel. Beth and Randy wonderful and very accommodating hosts. Very clean and so comfortable living area. Will definitely reserve again”

“The house was beautiful!! We had 21 family members stay for our son’s destination wedding and we had so much room we never felt on top of each other. The game room kept our teens/young adults entertained as well as the golf cart and bikes. We were walking distance to the wedding venue, beach and Seaside was a short distance. We had one maintenance issue with a shower and they were there that day to fix it. ”

“The house was nice, but you can tell it has had a lot of visitors. It could use a little TLC and deep cleaning. Please fix the master bath pocket door! Does not stay open and is super annoying. Same with the entry door into the closet/bathroom area. Also, there are no pot holders! We enjoyed our stay and the front porch swing is awesome, but will probably try a different house next time. ”
