“We enjoyed the stay, especially the proximity to the beach. We were able to let our kids run free and still see them from the deck. The house is older and could use and updating. There is no pantry, which was a huge issue for grocery storage. Overall, we enjoyed the location the best!”

“The location of the unit is perfect. My teenagers were able to ride their bikes to 30A to visit friends. I also loved having the private beach access. The property needs A deep clean, including the hot tub.. The shower was clogged and I reported the problem, however, no one ever came to repair the shower. My husband ended up having to fix it. I would definitely go back to the unit, but I do believe that some things need to be freshened up. ”

“Very well maintained home! The rental was clean and plenty of space for my family (2 adults, 3 kids 4-8) and friends (2 adults, 2 kids 8-11). I would say the walk to the beach was at least 5 minutes, maybe a little longer. The private beach was not crowded at all. There is a great outdoor shower at the house to rinse off after the beach and then jump in the pool! The pool was so nice to have - great size for all the adults and kids to play in. Would definitely consider staying here again!”

“Comprehensively stocked home and in the quietest part of 30A. The house is backed up against a state park affording gorgeous views especially from the upstairs bedroom. While the beach chair dolly was broke, I could only surmise from my correspondence with the owners that it is probably fixed or replaced already. Communication with Sherri was replete with helpful information as well as rec’s for area dining and activities. Look forward to returning.”

“Gulf trace is our favorite neighborhood to stay in along 30 a. We have been coming 26 years, and have stayed in numerous areas. This house is amazing, especially for a large family. The pool area is definitely the gathering place for everyone after the beachhouse was so clean, and any issues were handled immediately! AC works great in all of the rooms, love the layout of the house. Only concern for some people might be the amount of stairs to navigate the different levels. For us, not a problem……
