“It is located in a very nice, quiet and safe location. There are many restaurants in walking distance. Our favorites were The Perfect Pig and Goatfeathers. The room is perfect for two and nicely decorated. The beach is just across the street.”

“Very nice property with a very short walk to the beach. The location is actually very good. It’s set in a small plaza style community but on a private spot with direct link to the pool. The cool thing was we could drive across the community (a few blocks) and park right at the ocean access point and still be on private community parking! Nice. The property itself was very spacious with two bedrooms upstairs and third bedroom (with bunk bed options) on the main floor. Plenty of kitchen and……

“It was my third visit on this property and I’ve loved all the condos. The best sunsets the best view very convenient right on the 38th across the street from the beach can’t go wrong.This condo had everything you needed. It was clean, but somehow I’m a barefoot person in between the condo and the porch. My feet were always black.Lol but that would’ve been my only complaint and it’s not really a complaint. Otherwise, it was perfect.”

“Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure.”
