“Great place and terrific location to Seaside.”

“Obviously, the location is fantastic and the views were incredible. But the house has some major deferred maintenance. The main porch had extreme wood rot on the railings, cushions were dingy, the outdoor beverage refrigerators didn't work, the grill didn't work and was rusted over etc. etc. For two days, two of the downstairs bathrooms didn't have functioning lights which was a major problem. We tried the breakers but nothing was tripped so maintenance had to come each time. The floors in the……

“We loved it.. walking distance to the hub for restaurants, shopping, coffee, icecream or just a walk in the back neighborhoods. The bikes were a great addition.. easy riding because everything is flat. The beach access was easy and close by. Adorably decorated! We loved it! My only complaint is that internet was down when we were there. Designated parking was perfect!”

“The Magnolia Cottage is a beautiful ocean-front cottage.The owners thought of everything. Beautifully decorated and great location on the beach. Really enjoyed the porch swing. We could walk to everything in Seaside and didn't have to worry about parking.We would definitely rent again.”
