“This property is excellent and in a perfect location to visit seaside. We visited for the fourth of July and enjoyed the beach access that comes with the rental as well as the gorgeous fireworks. The home is perfectly maintained and very close to Seaside amphitheater and shopping area. Walking is absolutely doable and likely much faster than trying to walk anywhere. This home is on the smaller side which was not a problem for us. Our party of 6, three adults and three small children, did feel……

“We loved our 5 day trip to Seaside! This quaint, original Seaside cottage is ideally located on Tupelo and had everything we needed. We loved the big, screened in porch and the large outdoor shower. Very short walk to the beach and a short stroll to pool/town center. ”

“We came to Seaside for a wedding, where the ceremony took place at Seaside chapel and the reception at the Lyceum lawn. We picked this spot for the close proximity to the wedding locations and were not disappointed as we were a one to two minute walk away from all the festivities. We also really enjoyed how close the location was to seaside square and made getting to any restaurant very easy. The house itself is wonderful. Very clean with lots of space. The circular staircase is a bit steep but……

“Location was great. The condo itself was perfection. Had some issues using stairs and elevator. The code for the elevator didn't always work. Also wished there was a keypad entry for the stairs so they could be used going up and down on both stairwells. Parking was also an issue. A parking space is not guaranteed onsite. When I did get a parking spot, the "street sweeper" threw up so much dust and dirt on my just detailed car. To the point I had to clean the windshield before I could……
