“Great place and terrific location to Seaside.”

“The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay and again,……

“This property is perfectly located to enjoy Sea Side! ”

“Obviously, the location is fantastic and the views were incredible. But the house has some major deferred maintenance. The main porch had extreme wood rot on the railings, cushions were dingy, the outdoor beverage refrigerators didn't work, the grill didn't work and was rusted over etc. etc. For two days, two of the downstairs bathrooms didn't have functioning lights which was a major problem. We tried the breakers but nothing was tripped so maintenance had to come each time. The floors in the……

“We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay at Seaglass Cottage. We have been to Seaside many times and found this cottage to be among our favorites. Seaglass is in the middle of everything to do in Seaside, but in a sense, it is away from it all. We are looking forward to returning to this perfect spot. ”

“Awesome location, short walk to both the beach and town center. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had 3 adults and 4 kids in our party, two 11 yo and two 13yo. Communication with initial booking, throughout our stay and check-out was all great. Already talking about coming back again next year.”

“My husband and I stayed at Buckeye on the Beach along with my 6 and 3 YO and my sister and BIL and all agreed that the home, location, views and property manager were absolutely second-to-none!! The home looks exactly as it does in the listing, and most importantly, the views were stunning. I will not stay anywhere else when I return. The property manager had to come by several times due to my 3 YO accidentally locking us out of rooms and we had someone by the home within 30 minutes each……
