“The views from the balcony are amazing. One can see clear to Panama City Beach at sunrise on a clear day. The pools, grounds, hot tubs, beach access, and bar and grill are terrific. The fitness center is top notch, and requires an extra charge as do the tennis courts. The location is great with close proximity to restaurants and shopping. I could walk the beach to the restaurants at the Hilton and also the Beach House Restaurant in Sandestin.”

“Had a great time and enjoyed the summer here ! They some how decided to increase the price for July 2026 almost 50k more . Called the property management to inquire about this twice and have yet to get a response.”
