“We stayed with a group of teenagers and parents, and we all appreciated the proximity to the beach, pools, and other amenities. The layout worked well for our multi-aged group.”

“We had a great few days in Watercolor at this centrally located home. The golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the rental. We loved getting on the bike trail located just across the street and saw deer in the mornings there. Beautiful home and it fit our needs. We did hear the tennis and pickle ball players in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper who wants to sleep in...this may not be for you, but we didn't mind. ”

There was plenty of space for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 children), and we loved all the beautiful screened porches. The location was perfect, as well!”

“This house was great for our family vacation. We were walking distance to restaurants and the beach/pool. If you didn't want to walk, the house came with bikes. If you were too tired to walk or ride a bike, the house came with a golf cart! All around fabulous time and the house was perfect!”
