“The host and the communication throughout our stay was great- the house, however could use a major refresh. Everything was a little worn and dingy. Paint was worn and chipping. The beds were not comfortable, the towels and linens were dingy. The sofa, chairs and seat cushions were all dirty and stained. There were only 4 spoons in the silverware drawer. We have come to Watercolor for years and this by far was lowest on our list as far as quality. But time with family at the beach is always……

“We had a great few days in Watercolor at this centrally located home. The golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the rental. We loved getting on the bike trail located just across the street and saw deer in the mornings there. Beautiful home and it fit our needs. We did hear the tennis and pickle ball players in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper who wants to sleep in...this may not be for you, but we didn't mind. ”

“The property is right next to the tennis courts. That worked for us but if you don’t like hearing pickleball all hours of the day you might not be happy. We love the sport and had no issue. You can literally walk right out the back porch to the courts. The property is cozy and older. We had a few things that didn’t work and the management company was awesome. Came right out and fixed it. There are two big king bedrooms on the first floor with separate baths and a kids room upstairs……

“We greatly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. We were able to check in a few hours early on our first day, and found the property to be perfectly clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 children), and we loved all the beautiful screened porches. The location was perfect, as well!”

“The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and beautiful. Just as pictured in the listing. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly: the oven wasn’t heating up and we didn’t know how to turn on the fountain at the pool. The larger oven never really did work correctly, but we had the smaller oven so all was fine. The beds are all so comfy, lots of spaces indoor and outdoor that my entire group was very comfortable. Loved our afternoons by the pool grilling and hanging……
