“Luxurious house, impeccable location, everything was in great condition and the direct access to the beach was a dream. The pre-stay communication was fantastic and directions provided, recommendations for beach chairs and supplies were very helpful. Truly a wonderful house, experience and location. ”

It only cost tips to the guy who set the chairs up.Neighborhood is great. Close to Seaside (5 min) without the crowd. Wonderful stay”

“We love this neighborhood and this home was about 6 houses from the beach access, making it perfect! Our view was amazing. Even though we were not right on the water, we could see the ocean from our 2nd story living area. And because we backed up to the state park, we enjoyed the beauty that this afforded! One morning we saw 2 deer eating in the park. The outside area was also perfect for our big family. It included a pool, an outdoor living space with tv, a dining space, a swing and one another……

“We had a super fun experience and would go back.It was very clean and we enjoyed the overall natural light atmosphere and outside seating areas. There were 3 of us (adults) and there’s plenty of space for together time and solo time. A few things to note: The house is a double connected to another house (it appears that many of the houses in that area are large doubles) and it’s set alongside the dunes and outfall connecting Alligator Lake to the ocean with a house partially in front of it but……
