“This house was in the PERFECT location for a stay in Grayton Beach. The deck was great and the size of the house was perfect for 5 adults and two kids. However, the outdoor shower didn't work and there was no hose or working water spicket on the exterior of the house to rinse sand off before entering. The upstairs shower curtain and liner were covered in mold, the bathmat was unwashed (visible dried toothpaste everywhere), and there were lots of high touch areas (door handles and frames, etc)……

“A group of eight of us stayed for a bachelorette weekend! This house is beautiful, clean, and huge! The neighborhood it’s located in has a beautiful (and not busy) beach. The pool was clean and larger than expected. No issues during our stay and can’t wait to return. I will say, this unit is a duplex. At first I was worried about that, but some of the girls didn’t even realize until the second day because the home is so large. Book it! ”

“Perfect place for our group of 10 with 4 kids under 10 plus 6 adults. It is right on the Gulf. Definitely hit our favorite restaurants (Red Bar and Hurricane Oyster Bar) that were an easy walk away. Rented chairs from beach chairs 4U. Did a dolphin tour in Destin. Great time in a nice home. Comfy beds. ”

“Great location close to the beach and near restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with access to walking and bike paths. Great layout in the home. Kitchen needs work. Not enough spoons, glasses or bowls for our party of 7. Most of the non stick pots and pans with coating worn off. Upstairs carpet quite worn and needs replacement. Stairwell needs painting. 2 missing light bulbs in the dining room and 3 burned out bulbs in the kitchen. Would have gotten 5 stars if above fixed.”

“We loved our stay at SeaBatical. The beach is a very short walk and absolutely beautiful! The house is so comfortable with plenty of places to sit and relax. The view of the coastal lake behind the house was breathtaking at sunrise.”

“We love this neighborhood and this home was about 6 houses from the beach access, making it perfect! Our view was amazing. Even though we were not right on the water, we could see the ocean from our 2nd story living area. And because we backed up to the state park, we enjoyed the beauty that this afforded! One morning we saw 2 deer eating in the park. The outside area was also perfect for our big family. It included a pool, an outdoor living space with tv, a dining space, a swing and one another……
