“We LOVED the stay! Randy was so kind and VERY easy to communicate with. He made our stay so nice. It is next door to the pools for the kids which was so nice. The trolley pick up is very close if you want to go to beach club. The house itself was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. “The carriage house was perfect for me and my husband to explore Watercolor for the first time! Location was excellent and use of the golf cart made it so easy, we just parked the car and walked or golf cart everywhere. Bed was comfortable, room was very well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of towels! We relaxed each evening with a glass of wine and watching the big screen tv!”

“Wonderful stay and a great host. We enjoyed every minute staying at this house and made full use of all of the WaterColor amenities. The golf cart and bicycles especially came in handy and made trips to the Beach Club almost as enjoyable as time in the water. We will definitely be back!”

“Came here with a group of girlfriends for a relaxing girls weekend we all love the property. Thought the beds were comfortable very clean and beautiful home. Love the access to watercolors and all the amenities were nice. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.”

“We stayed at this home for four nights over Labor Day weekend. Home is fantastic for large groups. We had 13 persons(including three children ages 5-10). There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Well appointed and great location close to bridge. 5 minute bicycle ride to beach area. Close to grocery store and all amenities. Would highly recommend for large groups.”

“Julie’s place was awesome! Perfect view of the ocean from the outside deck was great for morning coffee and views while having meals. The place was well equipped with anything you think of you might need while on vacation. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys were great to have. The ability to walk to and from the beach in under 2 minutes with a private walkway was extremely convenient. Seaside square and restaurants were an easy 10 minute walk.
