“Very nice property with a very short walk to the beach. The location is actually very good. It’s set in a small plaza style community but on a private spot with direct link to the pool. The cool thing was we could drive across the community (a few blocks) and park right at the ocean access point and still be on private community parking! Nice. The property itself was very spacious with two bedrooms upstairs and third bedroom (with bunk bed options) on the main floor. Plenty of kitchen and……

“We booked this property last minutes. It was a very smooth transaction, and checking in was seamless. The location of this unit was unbeatable. After many years of vacationing in 30a, this was one of the best. If you have small children, the access to pool and beach is very convenient. The unit has not been recently updated, but it was fine, and we will book it again without a de one thought. Also, convenient to restaurants and attractions. ”

“Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure.”
