“The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. “很差。住了4晚，未有清潔房間。最後一晚，在晚上7時清潔，但當時我們還在房內，所以，並婉拒他們！！質疑他們真心，還是例行的一問。我未曾住過一間住宿是在晚上七點做清潔！！！當入住時，有 conditioner 但冇 shampoo。有洗衣機，但冇洗衣粉。我入住此間 apartment的目的，是為了洗衣，但竟然沒有洗衣粉！！！床並沒有暖氈，如果一些怕冷的客人，忠告不要住！”

“除了check out experience 很差之外，其餘都很好。大部分的員工都很友善，酒店的位置亦很方便，小廚房設備齊全，cleaning staff好helpful 亦有效率，不過只因為check out 時前台的一名女職員態度很惡劣，就破壞了這8日的住宿體驗！事源我入住時已經要求late checkout, 職員亦友善地表示最多只可以留到11:30am, 但check out 當日前台女職員表示有加拿大客人要求早些check in, 所以要求我和女兒11am check out, 當我們表示check in時職員已經答應我們可以late check out, 該女職員竟然很不耐煩地問”who promised you that?” 我心諗，職員冇帶name badge, reception counter亦冇展示當值職員名，乜原來我係要問職員名而唔係酒店有internal record 既咩？！雖然經過一番理論後我哋都係11:30am先check out，但當check out時我要放低行李一會，該職員刻意不招待我，我等了10分鐘問佢佢先講”you can leave your……

“1) Check-in counter cannot find my booking and full payment through Hotels.com, it took us around 20 mins to check in by filling up lots of forms and waiting... so bad experience for check-in. 2) Hotel assigned a room which was not pre-checked and not ready for move-in to us - no slipper and not clean enough on the table. Later, hotel staff rang the doorbell and requested loudly outside for coming in to check the fridge. How come they did not check up the room before guest moves in? it's Not……
