“This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”

“Bath room was not so clean, especially the walls around the tub; all the towers were so uncomfortable; But the most unacceptable thing is my room was on the 23rd floor, include "city view" which was more expensive than regular room, but there was a door connected my neighbors's room, which means if I open the door in my room, my neighbor opens his door, two rooms are been connected. “A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“A great place to stay while in Boston, the hotel itself offers free breakfast which includes full breakfast and delicious meals in their French style restaurant, a lovely lobby to hangout and all day coffee/hot tea which becomes a great plus for the winter time in Boston. The front desk staff is all very friendly and helpful.
