“Place was great and everyone was super nice! The only thing that wasn’t excellent was going down for morning coffee and the two choices were “light roast” or “decaf” 😳 That shock was compounded by them only offering the two least popular sweeteners. Not a pink or blue packet to be found. My brain short circuited. I just stood there in shock, lol. But really, when I say the staff was nice I mean from the front desk to a maintenance person we happened upon… so, so nice. Would definitely……

“The only complaint we had was the political news channel being played in the public eating area. Weather, sitcom, reading rainbow... literally anything else would have been better. It was very annoying to be subjected to political nonsense when trying to eat. Other than that the place was clean, cool, and quiet and we enjoyed our rest. ”

“I had requested a 6 am wake-up call and I didn't receive one. I woke up early any way at 5:15 am so, there was no harm. But I was disappointed about not receiving the call. I didn't tell them because I didn't want to deal with it. I needed to get on with my business.”

“Very solid Best Western, was surprised how good the creek breakfast was. Be careful, they have smoking rooms. I didn't know this and accidentally booked a smoking room. They moved us to a non smoking room which was kind. ”

“The staff members were very courteous and friendly from arrival check-in at the front desk and at the time of check-out. The rooms were very nice and clean. The king room came with a nice pullout sofa. There is an intimate bar area with booths that have a TV screen and the pool area is nice. I will keep this place in mind for the future with family events. ”
