“The worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at! When we arrived at the reception, we saw the staff were not wearing any uniform, not even smart casual, I didn’t know who was staff who was a customer, and I got confused when a person took our luggage into the storage room, I wasn’t sure if he’s legit. The bathroom drain was blocked, and one of the bathroom lights was broken. If the housekeeping had ever cleaned the bathroom, how would the hotel not know the drain was blocked? Also on the second……

“I stayed for 15 nights during May. The bed is awesome. Lots of outlets. :) Windows don't open at all. Never refilled coffee/tea. :( Staff are fantastic. They serviced the room more often than I expected (offered almost every day) and were really clean. Only major issue with housekeeping: upon arrival, the sheets and mattress had a lot of little hairs and tons of lint. They apologized, changed the linens, and cleaned off the mattress immediately. “I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. “Room was well sized and obviously newly fitted. Bed comfortable. Would rate very highly except for few issues, namely location is on a road which was busy at times, room very hot and no fan - windows open but if hot/noisy outside not much use. TV has no aerial so normal terrestrial channels not available. Noise from other guests also an issue. Shame as otherwise could be a decent alternative to the expensive chains in the area. ”
