“Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment. ”

“This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.”

“We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton hotel for 1 night and were very pleased. We booked a standard room which was clean and had all the necessary accomodations you would expect (water cooker, coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, vault,…). The room itself was rather small (we travelled with 1 large suitcase, 1 small and 2 backpacks) but the layout of the room was good providing even enough space next to the bed to open the large suitecase. There were enough power supplies (we counted 14 power outlets……

“Its a great location with spectacular views of the Avon Gorge ... Good size rooms and facilities. What could improve is dining and weird connection to next door pub, i was happy to have eaten dinner in hotel restaurant, but on a warm evening you have to sit inside (no access to terrace), for outside sitting you have to go to the pub (which is connected to the hotel) and queue (very slow) to order ... surely this would be better if you sorted this out. ”
