“Really nice stay near my old hometown. A peaceful Cheshire country area, very quiet and easy to get to. Parking onsite, safe and secure. Food is great, staff helpful and friendly and comfy surroundings. Good range of breakfast options included. Our room was fairly small but there are options, if there had been other facilities like a spa or sauna it would be 5 stars for facilities. Also, much better room coffee would be great but you see that a lot outside of cities, most people don’t care……

“Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. All completely clean and functional……

“An excellent property in the beautiful countryside with gorgeous gardens obviously looked after by enthusiastic gardeners. 🌳🌹🪻🪷 The decor is fitting to this country mansion and the whole house is very clean, and my bedroom was exceptionally clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo etc. and my bed very comfortable giving me a good night’s sleep 💤 The food offers a wide range for everyone’s taste and the quality is far better than many city 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in!
