“Beautiful well-appointed room with big windows that made you feel like you were surrounded by nature. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The balcony offered a view towards the small waterfall with comfortable seating for two. The staff in the reception area were warm and welcoming. The free coffee, espresso drinks, tea and snacks were an added bonus. You are steps away from Tinker Street with multiple dining options in walking distance. “We had a really wonderful winter retreat at the Maverick, with its striking mid-century modern decor. Lots of toasty fires and appreciated the quiet, lovely property filled with the songs of woodpeckers and other birds. Henry is incredibly responsive and communicative. The house is up a steep hill which our 2-wheel drive rental car struggled up in the snow and ice - but we made it and plow trucks kept it clear during our stay. We were remotely working and found the wifi great and the wooded……
